    Record lists rebuilt

Lists of dogs, litters and records have been rebuilt. On a phone each record now shows as its own card you can read without pinching, and on a wider screen the name stays in place while you scroll sideways through the rest.

    • On a phone, each record in a list now shows as its own card, with the name and the details stacked and readable.
    • On a wider screen, the name stays in place on the left while you scroll sideways through the rest of the details.
    • Rows sit further apart and line up more clearly, so a long list is easier to scan.
    • The new shape applies to every list of dogs, litters and records in the app.
    • Your records, their order and your sorting are unchanged.

Buddy drafts record changes for you to approve

Buddy can now make changes to your records from chat. It writes up what it intends to do on a confirmation card, and nothing is saved until you approve it.

    • Ask Buddy in chat to change a record and it writes up exactly what it intends to do.
    • Every proposed change appears on a confirmation card. Nothing is saved until you approve it, and declining changes nothing.
    • Every dog, litter and page Buddy names in a reply is a link straight to that record.
    • Buddy now answers questions in the support chat and hands over to a person when it cannot help.

    • Search, Adults or Puppies, male or female, tags, check-all and Shift-click ranges
    • Every checked dog gets its own copy, editable on its own afterward
    • One follow-up prompt covers all the copies

    Starter schedules in Care Schedules

Care Schedules now includes ready-made starter schedules for routines like vaccinations and deworming. Pick one, review every step, adjust what you want, and save it.

    • Start a new care schedule from a ready-made routine instead of entering each step by hand.
    • Review the full list of steps a starter schedule will add before you save it.
    • Change any step during review, or edit it later like any schedule you built yourself.
    • Schedules is now called Care Schedules.

Campaigns, go-home series and a buyer inbox

Breeders can now send email campaigns from inside BreederBuddy, choosing the recipients, writing in one of three looks, and sending now or on a schedule. Buyer replies come back to an inbox in the app.

    • Build an audience from a waitlist, a litter's families, or a list you name person by person, with add-ons and X-outs.
    • Write a campaign in one of three looks: personal, clean or branded, using the same wording shortcuts as your other emails.
    • Send immediately or schedule it, with the option to pace the send out gradually.
    • Set up go-home series that email each buyer on their own schedule, counted from the day their puppy went home, and enroll any group.
    • Read and answer buyer replies in an inbox in the app, with an Overview page showing what went out, who wrote back and what still needs you.

Calendar rebuilt with week and day views

The calendar page has been rebuilt to fill the screen and now includes week and day views alongside the month. A day view lays out a single day hour by hour.

    • Switch the calendar between month, week and day views.
    • Read a single day hour by hour in the day view, so overlapping appointments are visible.
    • Filter the calendar to show only the kinds of events you want.
    • Jump to any week or month using the small month picker.
    • Click an event to see its details in place, without leaving the calendar.

Live example sites and on-page editing for breeder websites

Breeder websites now have a showroom of ten live example sites, so you can open each style and look through it before choosing. Once a site is up, it can be edited directly on the page.

    • Browse a gallery of site styles and open a real, live example of each one
    • Walk through an example site's home, litters and parents pages before choosing a style
    • Edit your own site on the page itself: change headlines, wording and photos in place
    • Site settings are grouped by what they actually control on the page
    • Feature the products you recommend and choose the pages buyers are pointed to

    Deposit deadlines on waitlist spots

You can now put a deadline on a deposit for a waitlist spot, so buyers get reminded automatically instead of you chasing them.

    • Set a deposit deadline on any waitlist spot, either when you offer it or later
    • Buyers are reminded automatically as the date gets close, in your kennel name
    • One email lists everyone who still owes, daily, weekly, or the moment somebody misses
    • A passed deadline never removes anyone; the spot simply shows as overdue for you to decide on
    • Spots already on your waitlist are unaffected until you give them a date
